Luke John Cedillo Has Arrived!

The morning of our scheduled doctors visit ( 4 days overdue!) I began having fairly regular contractions.  We prepped the car to go to straight to the hospital, just in case.  Unfortunately, I was still only 2cm dilated and very high.  The doctor felt that his head was too large to fit into my pelvis so we decided to schedule the C-section that day.  We had 10 minutes to get to the hospital to check in as we were scheduled to meet our little bundle at 1 o'clock.  We didn't really have time to get nervous or prepared...he was coming either way.  


In pre-op waiting to begin.  A little anxious...to say the least.  At this point, the contractions were coming every 2 1/2 minutes.  What I did get to experience of labor was pretty uncomfortable.  I'm somewhat thankful they took him out when they did.
